The Union Ministry of urban development is responsible for the mission. Instead, the state government decides to take the \u201cGreen\u201d route, West Bengal rejects the \u201cSmart City Project\u201d and decide to develop the state under their own \u201cGreen City Project\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 5th round of the Smart City Mission, a total of 100 cities have been selected for development under the area-based development plan. These cities are being transformed with modern infrastructure, sustainable living, and smart technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this transformation,<a href=\"https:\/\/propertycloud.in\/blog\/house-construction-cost-in-delhi\/\"> Delhi&#8217;s house construction costs<\/a> also play a vital role, as they are influenced by factors like land prices, building materials, and labor costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Smart City Mission in Delhi aims to integrate these costs into sustainable development models while enhancing urban growth and infrastructure efficiency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state administration intends to go &#8220;green.&#8221;
